e-Referral

Your Online Referral options

To make it easier for you, you can now send your medical imaging referral straight from your practice management software to Capital Radiology. This quick process is streamlined for practitioners and easy for patients, increasing the likelihood of patients attending their radiology appointment.

There are a number of different ways you can conveniently send your digital patient referral to Capital Radiology.

1. E-Referral from Practice Management Software:

The primary method involves sending electronic referrals directly from the practice management software. This seamless integration minimises manual efforts, making the process efficient for referring practitioners.

2. Digital Referral Form:

Alternatively, practitioners can use our digital referral form. This allows for a quick and straightforward submission of patient referrals.

3. Downloadable Referral Form via Email:

Using your PC or phone, complete the editable referral form provided by Capital Radiology. You can download the forms below, and no signature is required.

The referral form can be sent via email to vichealth@capitalradiology.com.au
